The seeker must die!

(yes, that’s the title — I won’t apologize)

Yes, it is Wednesday –
you must be lucky to find me on a rather grumpy morning (happens less than once a month).
Lack of sleep, I admit:
I continued watching Firefly Lane on Netflix way too late last night.
Pepsi Max still in my system, my period about to start,
and the sharpness of noise — too loud — from my sweet, beloved son.

Add to that the energy of going deep down into myself,
with a subtle tone of nostalgia and melancholy.

HERE I AM.

And I see you, dear reader.
Maybe a bit shocked by my title?
And the quote I wrote this morning?

This piece might be a bit more raw than the others.
But I can’t help it —
the words came before me and asked to be written.
So here we are.

There’s a wave of anger moving through me —
not against anyone.
Not against you.
Why would I?

Not even against life.
It’s just… anger.
Not the one that needs to be fixed, explained or tucked into a spiritual safety box.

No.
This anger just is.
And so it may be.

And in that:
there’s peace.

Because that moment —
when the personal mind realizes that things just are,
with or without a reason,
and that the “reason” or “validation” itself
is only a construct of that same personal mind
 —
that moment is what people call awakening.
Beyond mind, this is enlightenment.
(Yes, I say this with a firm voice.)

But let’s be honest:
those are just two words.
Words defined by the very mind
that cannot touch what it points to.
It’s beyond description.
Beyond logic.
Beyond self.

So if everything already is —
what are you still looking for?
what are you still chasing?

THE SEEKER DIES TO SEE.
Right there.

Yes. That’s it.
The seeker must die…
to see.

And that death —
is the beginning of sight.

And in that death,
what remains… is life.

To the one who seeks:
There is nothing to seek.
There is nothing to find.
There is only nothing.
The mind resists it.
The souls rests in it.
— 26.03.25 - just me - will elaborate - don't worry

After the fire — a softer voice

After taking a shower,
a milder mood has settled in.
Still… I must admit,
something is itching me today.

A kinder tone —
not because I am kind,
but because kindness IS,
and its measure happens to flow
in a greater portion through me now.

To see that everything is
whether you call it awakening or enlightenment —
is not something you can chase.
It happens to you.
It comes to those it comes to.

That may sound unfair.
But you’ll never hear me claim
that the universe is fair.

(Though the counsel of fairness has its own rules and codes,
working through the architecture of the human mind —
and yes, that too unfolds in its own strange perfection.)

Awakening means
you begin to see beyond
what the mind can grasp.

(No — it has nothing to do
with what’s happening beyond the layers of the daily news on the surface of the earth.)

It’s a noble attempt by awakened ones
to give language to what they once saw.
Just like I’m trying to do now.

But let’s be honest:
This noble attempt
is not meant to open your eyes.
It is words spoken into existence —
like seeds sown in the dark
to bear fruit in its time.

The one who sows
does not make the seed grow.
It grows
when it grows.

It unfolds
when the time is right —
because it already is.

Another noble attempt from me
would be to tell you:
just relax.
Start being.
You cannot make your own enlightenment happen.

Yes…
It’s a humble piece of advice.
But what is advice, really?
Just more words.
Seeds.
Thrown into the field of your now.

SIMPLE LIFE — SIMPLY LIVE

So, this brings me to what I call my life quote:

Simple life, simply live.

Once we begin to see from the perspective of the universe,
all striving, goals and grand purposes gently fall away.

Once we see through the enlightened eye,
the veil over the illusion of the outer world lifts —
and we begin to see clearly through the movements of the mind.

Ever since this peace installed itself within me a few years ago,
I’ve come to appreciate a simple life,
by simply living.
A life surrendered to my soul.

Practically speaking:
since I moved to the house I bought last November —
a place that truly feels like the holiday cottage I dreamed of for so long —
I often feel as if I’m on vacation.
Because what is vacation, really?
Just relaxing. Just breathing. Just being.

Whether plans unfold or not — does it matter when you’re on holiday?
It doesn’t.
You simply relax.
And in that space… the most beautiful stories tend to arise —
ones we couldn’t have imagined.

When I have appointments with friends and they get cancelled,
I smile and think: “Perfect. More time for me.”
When they call to meet, I smile again:
“Wonderful. Presence is everything.”

I mean —
nothing can really go wrong
when you’re not trying to walk a path,
but when you are the path itself.
The path of truth.
The path of life.

So yes, I cherish the simplicity of not needing to do anything.
Just living —
one breath at a time,
inhaling and exhaling the now.
Moment by moment.
Fully alive in it.

And yet… this brings me to a curious realization:
What if everyone began to live from this place of awakening?
The world as we know it might completely turn upside down.

I often marvel at what life could look like
if we all lived from presence.
But the more I ponder it,
the more I see the quiet beauty
in the balance between illusion and awakening.
The more I see the oneness
of this universal body
living through every being,
each in their own rhythm and path.

There is nothing to change.
Some see.
Some see differently.

But if I could blow a wind of encouragement
over the personal mind that keeps humanity in stress,
I’d simply say:

Let yourself enjoy a simple life — by simply living.

A thousand years is as a day…
Then let my life be
a holiday —
a holy day —
a whole day.

Enjoyment it is.
— 28.03.25 - ow yeah - it is! it is me!

PRESENCE IS EVERYTHING

Though I connect on soul level with people —
seeing beyond the mind and body —
I still plead this simple truth:
Presence — soul, body, and mind together — means everything.

This is the reason I would (and will) travel the world
just to spend time with the souls my soul loves.
Because presence is one of the highest treasures
of the human experience.

It’s freakingly precious
not only to know the frequency of someone’s soul,
but also to touch the energy of their body,
and to feel and connect with the beauty of their mind.
That is where oneness comes in.

Yes — there is absolutely a time to be alone.
(This is an introvert speaking, after all!)

But knowing yourself
often happens in connection.
Knowing yourself
is knowing the other.
And knowing the other…
is most definitely knowing yourself.
The one is not without the other.

Remember:
We are houses of LOVE (soul),
peace (mind),
and freedom (body).

The Enlightenment of the Soul

Enlightenment of the mind often plays out through knowledge, teachings, and gurus.
Suddenly — the mind understands.
It feels like awakening.
It is more common, more accessible.
Many are called.

But the enlightenment of the soul…
Ah, that is different.
That is a lonely path.
A silence no one teaches you.
It is not learned — it is remembered.
It does not come through the mind,
but beyond it.

And once you enter there,
you know —
why so few are chosen.
Why so few walk this path.

He asked me: "Do you miss me?"

I don’t easily miss people, my love.
I live with everyone in my heart. True missing would mean feeling disconnected — and that’s not how I experience life.
Sometimes, yes, I long for the beauty of shared presence.
But that’s something different than missing someone.
It’s simply the longing to be — together.

“Freedom is found in the knowing that there is no freedom of choice.
And in that knowing — the endless embrace of unconditional love reveals itself as the breath of life.
Only then… you are truly free.”

This is a quote I shared some weeks ago.
One of my closest ones asked me to go deeper
— and so here I am, no longer as “I”,
but as the flow of the universe itself.

To explain this, one must have seen
— and more than that, lived
— the oneness of the universe.
One must have experienced the ALL beyond time,
in its total ISness.

I’ve said before:
There is the enlightenment of the mind,
that understands: “One is All.”

But there is the knowing of the soul,
that is: “ALL is ONE.”

All souls know oneness as their being.
But not all souls, in this timeline of humanity,
have had the chance to fully express that oneness
— through a body and mind that are completely surrendered.
That full expression — when soul shines through an aligned mind and body
— is what I call the enlightenment of the soul.

Not because the soul needs to be enlightened,
but because the world begins to see its light in full bloom.

These are the grounds from which I write.
Not to be understood by the mind, but to plant seeds in your field.
And in time, either your own soul will awaken them,
or Source — through another expression — will water them.

So no…
I do not write for you to understand.
I write to plant.

Freedom is found in the knowing
that there is no freedom of choice.
Because: everything IS.
Not “everything is in its time”… but:
everything is NOW.
As one indivisible point.

Our human experience is
the illusion that this point stretches across time
— like a spring being pulled apart —
and we live out the outer tension.
But in that very point,
everything is already complete.

In this indivisible point,
there is no past and no future.
There is only NOW.
There is only IS — in silence.

There is no cause and no consequence,
there is only IS.
All in its very being.
Where there is no cause and no consequence:
there is no choice.

Choice is the illusion allowed by the soul,
shaped in the mind through feelings and thoughts
— not to create a path, but to reveal what already IS.

The mind tries to become,
while the soul simply IS.

The mind, in its beautiful limitation,
uses the concept of freedom through the illusion of choosing.

And so it progresses to a higher frequency
— what we would call on this side of the illusion: 'learning'.

Yet when this truth is experienced
— not by the mind, but through the soul —
then you taste true freedom:
Not the freedom to choose,
but the freedom from choice.

You live through the higher frequency of the soul,
which the mind cannot comprehend.
The soul does not need choice.
The soul already knows,
and it knows that there is only BEING.

And in that freedom,
you no longer search for love.
You become it.

Because unconditional love brings forth the breath of life itself.
And life simply… IS.

When the mind has surrendered to the soul
— no longer driven by the illusion of choice —
then you are truly free.
